Responsibility
Both ourselves and our manufacturers try our very best to have all goods arrive at destination without problems and continue to be responsible for customer satisfaction. However our control of the physical container finishes at FOB and any damage or breakages during sea freight and unloading at destination are beyond our control hence we strongly recommend Insurance to cover this contingency. |
